How am I supposed to look "it" up with no nouns?

not my problem. I think I would just try another way. It's not listed as that title. Best of luck and enjoy when you find it they are both very informative if you're a DYI kinda person.

Why? We travel in miles not kWh. What's strange is to think we should change our whole concept of distance traveled in a particular type of vehicle from what we use for walking, biking, flying and everything else.
How many miles of gasoline do you put into your tank? In both cases, you're using some sort of volume metric - gallons vs kwH - relative to total storage capacity. In neither case are "miles" an energy delivery/storage metric.

I have the original Tesla charger I think and I was disappointed to see I only get about 27 miles per hour when I charge at home. You can see it's getting 48 amps at 220 volts.

Is this normal? Do I need a new Tesla charger?

27 is very good. Is this your first Tesla?

This is how you 'help' on the forums? O-o

DYI? Didn't You Investigate if a Cybertruck has a 19.2KW AC charging system or a 11.9KW one?

Well, I measure my car's efficiency in 'miles per gallon' which is the same as 'miles per kilowatt-hour' but unlike chargers, which varying in kilowatt-hourss they can deliver per minute, gas stations pretty much dispense the same number of gallons every time, <10 gallons per minute.

So it's important to know if the plug you're plugged into is a 27 mile per hour plug or a 300 mile per hour plug.

Week before last, when I still had a truck with a gas tank I either let the pump fill it to full or stopped at some dollar amount. After 20+ years I still don't know the actual capacity of that tank. The gauge with the needle moving between E and F wasn't much help. I tended to use the trip odometer but gas mileage was no more consistent on the ICE than my EV. At least the Model S being newer and high tech gave me real-time numbers and graphs, and I have always only cared about how many miles I could go before having to refuel. I really don't see how anything else matters.

Your mind seems easily boggled.

Nobody uses miles for distance, anyway.
"How far is it to the airport?"
"Oh, about 30 minutes."
30 minutes without traffic!!!!
