After a sw update about 2 weeks ago my CT is no longer able to get charged at home. It says there is a problem with the charging equipment. Yet before the update it was charging just fine and my other 2 teslas still charge no problem. I swapped the charger with a new one and same error. Has anyone else had this issue?

Mobile or Wall Connector?
What do the connector status lights show?
Have you tried a double scroll wheel reset followed by Power Off mode to reset the computers?

Odd failure. Smells like the wall/mobile connector. Any other Teslas you can test with?

Looking at the initial post... he said he had a Wall Charger and that changing it didn't solve the problem. He also said his two other Teslas still charge.

That should rule out bad charging equipment and a thrown breaker and maybe leave it to the cybertruck charging port, etc. Especially since I haven't read of any others with this issue.

While I have extra wall chargers around, I wonder if he meant mobile charger plugged into the wall, as anybody with multiple Teslas probably have extra mobile charger.

Yeah sounds like they are talking about the Wall Connector. I’d say try a Supercharger, see if it works on DC charging. Could be the AC to DC bits. You could also try a reinstall of the firmware from service mode, see if that kick something. Also just look in service mode to see if any of the charging screens have errors.

I had that issue but it occurred after a power outage, and a failed power share backup session. Once power was restored, I got the same messages op described and I couldn’t initiate L2 ac charging from either my wall charger or my mobile connector. Opened a service case … they asked me a Ton of questions and kept the truck for a week doing lots of stuff (I could see them charging and draining quite a bit). Finally they returned it with repair notes “diagnosed and replaced power conversion system”. Things have been fine since.
