I ordered the last CBFS for $108K in early July. On the delivery date ( August 9). I found out the truck was missing a pillar ( maybe it flew off the truck during transit) on the passenger side, I asked for repair and would pick it up a week later. Several days later, I received a text that the truck had an appointment to have SC in next several weeks. It even had not left its parking lot and it was not even in my possession. I refused to accept the truck and cancelled it, and I asked for a refund of $15,582.16 for down payment. Several days, all of the informations of the truck were delete from my account. Like it never existed, and also on Tesla ap without any record of payment. Fortunately, I took the pictures of relevant for the record. I made several calls and there was a live person to talk to and I texted them on Tesla ap to ask for the refund and so far no one seems to be interested to help me. What should I next? I hope not some employee took the money and delete all of the revelant information.
I live 2 hours away from the delivery center. I donāt want yet to go down to talk face to face with the manager.
