Never received PowerShare voucher

It’s been a month since delivery. Have not received the voucher in the promised “two weeks”. I tried contacting [email protected] but nothing. Advisors have not a clue. Wtf.

I was wondering how that worked, I got approved for Powershare but have no idea how to get it installed otherwise. Elon laid off the supercharger team, he probably laid off the Powershare people too. Need to free up that payroll so he can get his $60 Billion in additional pay because he works really hard tweeting all day

Still waiting. Even called in and had a ticket made that hasn't gone anywhere. Then I got a customer service survey.

Same here, it’s been almost a month since I took delivery. I reached out through email and nothing but an automated response. I’m going to head over to the SC and see if they can help and see what is going on.

Are you talking about the 700$ credit to buy from the store in lieu of PowerShare? Can’t your delivery advisor put you in contact with the appropriate employee to resolve the issue?

My delivery advisor and their manager were not helpful. They suggested I reply to the survey email for assistance and, if that didn't work, to call customer support. When I called, I was passed through several people who were unaware of the issue. Eventually, I tried to contact PowerShare support and waited for about two hours before reaching someone. They apologized, attributing the problem to a recent reorganization, and asked me to be patient while they work on resolving it.

Took delivery May 10th. After reading this thread I am glad I didn't wait for this voucher to purchase the underset storage and vault bins with how quickly they go out of stock. Hoping to get the voucher before the end of August and that the vault bins are in stock again so I can get more for our road trip. Hope other people get theirs soon as well!

Seems they are infact reworking the powershare disqualify/decline compensation. The website no longer mentions a 4000 install credit for beast owners nor free super charging months for both FS models.

Now it only talks about a $2500 Tesla voucher that either gets used to pay for Powershare or it gets used in the Tesla Shop.

This is much more straight forward, but bring to question how they handle it.
