Maybe I will ask this question here, you guys seem very cool. I see a bit of a distortion when looking out the front windshield towards the left side of that window. It's not horrible and I have heard a few YouTubers talking about as well. What the thought, just leave it because they all (CT's) seem to have it to some extent? Or replace and maybe take a chance get a worse one or better one

Sunglasses on or off?
The corner triangle windows?

If it bothers you wear non polarized or transition sun glasses

Windshield distortion is a warrantable defects especially if it's in your line of sight. Just ask Tesla to check the replacement before install so it will be on them if it is defective too. And yes, defective windshield is relatively common due to the enormous size of it, making it difficult to manufacture. Good luck!

Many of the new CTs off gas from the interior material. Have you cleaned the inside of the windshield well? Good video on YouTube from out of spec for that purpose.

All glass has varying thickness, but if it is too wavy (see below) it can make you sick as you drive, and might have been put in warped, or have weak spots. If you have a chance take it by service, and have it noted in a service ticket. Not just can you look at this. Written down. If one gets a stress fracture in a couple months you can point back and say. Remember this issue.
