I’d like someone to 3d print some Tesla Cybertruck Cover Savers. I’m keeping the truck outside and the brids sitting on the power lines over my driveway poop on the truck. This leaves stains that can be permanent. So now I go through the bother of covering the truck when at home. The corners at the top of the tailgate and front are so sharp they quickly cut holes in the car cover. I’ve tried placing pieces of leather over the corners but they easily move out of position. Perhaps someone with a 3d printer could fashion rounded corners that would snap on the sharp steel panel corners.

This is an interesting idea. I might be able to help.

Maybe the cover should be reinforced in those hotspots?

Hi, and thanks.

Reinforcing the cover in specific areas isn’t the solution, although making the entire cover out of tear resistant fibers would work. The problem with just reinforced corners is that in deploying the cover it slides over the surface of the truck. As a result some of the tears don’t happen where the sharp corners align when the cover is in place, but areas that were over the corners when the cover was pulled to move it into its final position.
