New wiper motor - now wiper works for 10 swipes only regardless of setting

They finished a little while ago. Whole job took maybe 20 minutes. Basically, firmware was never loaded after they replaced the motor. Now works fine.
Thanks. Just came back from a trip where there was rain in the region and experienced this problem. Good to know its just quality of service. My wiper modes were christmas decorations that really didnt functioning do anything. Guess I have to schedule service. Last service they damaged my front bumper (a little dent), my driver tint and nicked my driver side door wrap when they were doing service stuff. Pay careful attention not that it matters since they just drop the vehicle in the ready lot. Its when you wash and examine when you notice there things.

I finally got my CT wiper blade fixed today by mobile service. Took them 15 minutes to fix it. They fixed my wiper blade park position (after they replaced wiper motor in Sept) from being parked too far to the right (common issue when wiper motor is replaced).

Just had the wiper motor mod on Friday. It’s raining today, so first chance to see it in rain. So it doesn’t come on automatically. And when I press the wiper button, it comes on for 10 swipes and turns off until I press the button again. Regardless of whether it’s in auto mode or any of the other modes. And now it’s also parking in the down position as well. Even when I parked it in our garage.

problem happens in FSD. So I turned off FSD and same problem. Tried software reset and have same problem.

I’m working with Tesla through the app, but so far no fix. Has anyone else experienced this?
This issued has been posted multiple times. Tesla needs to calibrate the new motor. It will fix it and can be done via mobile repair.
