It is inconsistent day to day - even on the same FSD version and same intersection. There is a "No Right On Red" sign on my exit on my way to work everyday. Some days it ignores it, some days it doesn't. It always comes to a stop, then creeps forward slowly (presumably to get a good camera view). Then sometimes will stop shy of the "do not cross" intersection line (but fully in the crosswalk) until the green but other times will keep on going and run the red.

I’ve been using full self driving since 2018. It has never successfully read “no right on red” or the “End speed limit” signs. It also used to think “Route 40” sign was a speed limit sign. That was irritating. The cars do not read those signs yet. It’s not just the Cybertruck from what I can tell.

Then I’m sorry for bad info. This has been my experience. There have been reasons why it might not have turned right. But given a clear corner my 5 Teslas very predictably will turn right, sign or no sign. And I’ve never seen an update that has addressed it. Again, I apologize. I was speaking from my experience not from facts.

no apologies needed, my dude. I've had mine do some goofy stuff like turn down a one-way section in a large and very stupidly designed parking garage. though it had clear sinage, there was a huge traffic jam spot and it choose to ignore the signs. it saw an opening and technically took it. turned out to be a better overall decision.

Mine have really been rocking one Lane construction zones. I was thinking I have a bunch of HW3 cars and Cybertruck is the only one with HW4. I bet the HW4 model Y’s are the ones with the best chance of reading the no right on red signs.

Agree, the CT does not seem to have "no right turn" locations loaded into its navigation system. I have one close to my home (it hasnt chnaged recently), and the truck ignores the sign/GPS site location. (ruins my "streak" everytime)
Did you make a voice recording to have the Actually Indians update it remotely?

Has anyone witnessed this behavior on public roads? I know the Teslas will roll stop signs on private property (parking lots). Thats pretty bad to ignore all those signs through private property or not.
yes
Near my home, but it’s working with most no turn on red intersections, others
This intersection is an edge case
Most FSD versions over the years have failed and few have worked at this intersection
14.3.4 Cybertruck and 2026 model y both fail every time at this intersection

front sign up high
And one sign to the right side

You're not wrong. The system is very finicky - it may recognize a particular type of sign under some conditions, but not the others. Sometimes it is time of day problem, lighting, etc... Sometimes it's obstruction, variances in appearance or combining with other signs that throws it off. It is possible that some of those permutations can lead to consistent failure to recognize and obey certain signs. Most of us have seen these behaviors, so there is little doubt that you may be running into the problems quite consistently.

About every other update, it tries to turn into my neighbor’s driveway instead of mine. Just about the time I think it’s got the problem solved, it does it again. Full self drive is still not 100%.
