Made a service appointment and they checked my recalls and said I didn’t have any. Picked up last Thursday. VIN starting with 14xxx
did you check the two links, .gov and Tesla's website?
I saw my vin on both of the sites, but the dealer says they didn't have it in their system first, and then they don't have the parts.

I checked the governments website and tesla checked their system and/or the governments website. They asked me to confirm that I too see that there aren’t any recalls and to cancel the appointment so we did.

Tesla said they didnt have it on their side so I would have to wait until they did. They cancelled my service appointment

Tesla Cybertruck ⛔️ Wiper Motor Recall + Sail Applique Trim Recall for over 11K Cybertrucks IMG_0FB0AB3632DF-1

Hmmm....so the NHTSA website is showing I have two recalls outstanding - sail panel and wiper motor - and I have a service appointment in mid-July for my spare tire. Figured I could add on the recalls to the same visit...but no.

Standard Tesla service. I suspect their tune will change as more info rolls out to the service centers on repair procedures and parts. Also keeping in mind it is the last week of the month and last week of the quarter so it's quite possible they didn't even bother to look it up. Will check in again before my appointment.

I went through the same thing. Tesla won't do it unless it in their system. I even sent them screenshots of my VIN being associated with the recalls on the NHTSA website but they said they couldn't until its on their system. They asked to me to set up an appointment in a couple of months

I'm getting my Cybertent retrofit done on July 3rd, they said they'd do both recalls at that visit.

I'm hoping my local SC changes their tune, I'm scheduled for 7/15 for the spare tire so I have some time.

I think My dealer found the recall that was associated with my VIN after a day..>BUT, I am told now that they don't have the parts. To be fair, I didn't go it for the recall in the first place.

I suspect that's what Tesla Service meant when they originally told you the recalls were not "available" for your truck (meaning the repair wasn't yet available). Tesla Service can only perform recall repairs that they have the parts for.

I am affected by the recall (03XXX) but service told me that they didn't have any recall on me. So don't really trust anything that Tesla said. Since you picked up your vehicle after the 19th, it would have already been corrected. Any delivered cars on the 19th or before would be the issue.

I'm also scheduled to have both done on my CyberBeast on July 11th (North Bay, California). Since this is also my first service I have three minor cosmetic issues that were noted and documented when I picked it up on May 3rd that they will review also.

Note - since pickup I have not had any major issues (sure the windshield wiper would occasionally/randomly turn on, and some software issues that seem to get corrected with updates) but otherwise it has been a dream to drive....

I’ve had one so far. My Coolant Bottle was defective. That feeds the HVAC and Powertrain. When returned, my inside frunk button no longer works. Prob just unplugged. Service just called me, they may not be able to do the recall fixes at the same time as the Cybertent retrofit now. Said new vehicles are getting first dibs at parts. But if they have the parts, they will.
