I have been getting the "run around" for over a month. My service center continues to post-pone the service to get the Wiper Motor replaced. I have had this issue since day 1 with the CT back in February, and still continue to have daily issues at speeds over 65MPH... any other EARLY CTS how there experiencing this issue?

Has ANYONE received Service Center care for Recall #2?

I am going back 8/2 and one of the item was re Wiper Motor and Sail replacement. We will see what they will address. My major issue is 150 miles of capacity even when it's charged to 100%.

Yes, they replaced my wiper motor and now I have an appointment next month because auto wipers just twitch like it’s having a seizure.

They said they had no idea what the sail panel recall was though and didn’t do it.

What do you mean "daily issues at driving speeds over 65 mph"?

AFAIK, neither of these has anything to do with that, except for the sail coming off, but that's more of a one-time issue.

Have you received official notice of recall yet?

I requested that the recalls be taken care of at my recent service appointment, but was told the parts aren't available. I've had no trouble with either the wiper motor or the sail applique.

Not yet. keep getting pushed for parts not available. each push has generally been 2-3 weeks, this last one (today) was pushed a week to 8/7. not sure if you can read anything into that.

I had my wiper and appliques changed on 07/13.

My wiper motor was busted from delivery on 05/30.

After I made the service appointment for the wiper motor, I heard about the applique recall and asked them to add it to my upcoming appointment, which they did.

They also replaced the wiper arm/blade assembly with a revised part number. I have no idea what changes were made between old vs new wiper arm/blade assembly.

I just got mine back from the service center last week for a vault divider not working and rear rattle.

They were not doing either recall at all to any CTs in North East Ohio as of yet. No inventory. Also didn't get the new wheel covers as well.

Neither one has been fixed on mine. It’s been in service for well over a month at this point.

My CT is in for Surgery today at SC. I asked them if they will take care for the recalls, they said UUUUMMMMM its not on the service request. We will check and see what we can do, then after couple of hours I see those 2 items (WIper Motor & Sail) added to the service request. Surgery probably will complete today , should get back my CT tomorrow. Dying to get it back !!!
