I ordered a rear wing spoiler that I saw in an ad 2 weeks ago. I hadn’t heard anything so I wrote their customer service. After a couple of days I got this response:
“
We apologize for the delay.
This product has not yet shipped.
This product is a brand new design and is expected to take another 1-2 months to prepare before shipping.
Due to the shipping delay, we will offer you a $15 refund as compensation. Would you be willing to wait a little longer?
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.”
Mind you, this was stated NOWHERE when I ordered. I told them to fully refund me and let me know when they actually had them in stock.
I can’t imagine that I’m the only one of us who has been caught by one of these. It’s borderline fraud.
