Purchasing from EVBase? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Recently I purchased the 3/4 size platform roof rack from @EVBASE on Amazon. It arrived without issue and I began the install process. I consider myself to be a pretty handy individual and have done all of the work on my AWD Cybertruck myself. That being said, I followed the instructions that came with the rack install kit and noticed that the front spoiler piece install instructions were not very clear as to which way it was to be installed. I tried zooming into the photos to clarify the direction for it to be installed, but could not tell. So I used my best judgement and moved on with the install. Upon taking for a test drive, the spoiler began vibrating from the wind resistance and was slapping the roof glass of the truck--So I knew something was wrong. Tried calling the support line for install assistance and was told that "They could not help me at all because I purchased it from Amazon". Very strange and I asked if that was the best that he could do and he confirmed that I could not be helped at all because I purchased it from Amazon.

So, in conclusion, I am returning the rack to Amazon and have already purchased a similar one from a different company. This is not the first time I have had problems with this company as I have had issues with some seat covers I purchased from them in the past.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Zero integrity from this company...
