So i recently picked up my cybertruck and have an appointment set to fix some problems with panel alignments. Would you guys mind telling me if I'm being too nit picky, and which ones I should definitely get fixed.

I attached some pictures.
First issue tesla sc says they can repair is the misaligned tailgate, left side is just sitting high.
2nd issue is the roof trim on the right side. It seems to bow up in 2 places. I can press it down and here a snap, but it'll bow back up later in a few days.
3rd issue is the cantrails trim, left side looks perfect to me. The right side has a large gap. The assymmetry just bothers me.
4th issue, which I'm not sure if it's large enough of a problem to fix, is the left rear quarter panel. it's not straight like the right side. There's an area that curves outwards leaving a wavy bump.

yeah, those are quite far out of spec. The sail doesn't look quite that bad though.

That's what i thought, i scheduled an appointment on the 26th, hopefully they get fixed. I'm pretty sure the sail panel will be within spec though, since I see similar sails on pictures posted in this forum.

Pretty much every gap / trim issue I pointed out the team said within spec and recommended not having them tweak as they'd potentially put other panels out of alignment. They said every truck has come with some gap variance.

Maybe things have changed from last year? The one that bugs me the most really is the top bend line of my driver side door doesn't line up with the bend line on the fender panel. I also have some variance elsewhere, including the rear tailgate (it is not flush).

From reading the forums, shouldn't tesla be able to just realign the doors?

from talking to local sales admin teams, it appears that the “waviness” of the sail quarter panel are most prominent where the clips that hold them in place are, creating pressure points. This is visible on all trucks to varying degrees.

This was what I was thinking too, as long as they align my tailgate and fix the other 2 trim pieces, I'll be a happy guy. Seen so many cybertrucks, seems like these panel imperfections are the norm.

I will say the sail dimples pretty much go away when you wrap with satin and matte films. However gloss films make the dimples more noticeable from certain angles.

Picked up my AWD CT on Friday and LOVE it - already 400 miles driven!

Looking over it carefully though, the left side of the frunk is significantly lower than the right and misaligned to the body (see pic). The service center said they don't think it can be adjusted. Any suggestions - should I "refuse" it while still in the 10-day window?

All you have to do to fix this is adjust the bump stop inside the frunk to be a little higher
