Was able to just fix them myself tonight. Well, the one on top of door that bugged me. Thankfully simple hinges.

Luckily my truck came within close specs; poor door panel alignment would bug me; do you have wind noise or are the gaps just cosmetic?

Yes, they drive me crazy. SC won’t fix. They say it is in spec

I had my driver door fixed because it was way out of spec and the tech at sc agreed. For the other panels it was not as obvious and I rather them not touch them as it can make it worse off.

I cancelled my appointment to have two gaps adjusted. I got use to them. No one else ever noticed and I was afraid they'd make it worse. Hey, it's a truck not an airplane.

My driver's door protrudes slightly which is easily fixed by adjusting the striker. However, the door closes perfectly, and does not leak or rattle. I'm leaving it be.

I see Chargers / Challengers / Jeeps with massive gaps in traffic at a distance of one or two car lengths. The ones on my truck look thread-width against those.'

It is enough that mine are all uniform and reasonably narrow. I don't expect razor thin tolerance on sheet steel.

I have grudgingly driven without tunes to listen for noises...all good so far. The air suspension pump noises that was prevalent on the demo models I test drove, are not present or sufficiently reduced as to not be noticeable. Note I have it lower for egress and raise once I am back in and underway. So the suspension sees use on mine.

I do hear the fans when the battery array is being preconditioned en route to charging but I'd expect something for that.

Series VIN....xxx593xx
