For Owners that have had panel gaps realigned...

Picked up my CT yesterday. LOVE IT. Noted one alignment issue. Where the metal trim next to the windshield meets the main body panels, the passenger side is 2-4mm proud vs flush on the driver's side.

For those of you that have had these types of things realigned via a service center, do you just open a service ticket through the app? I've never had to schedule service on my model S, so this is all new...

I'd be interested in knowing how to adjust the tailgate. PS is flush with the bed, but the DS could be moved inboard a bit. Not critical, IMO, and not worth a service ticket. Plus, rather avoid another incident like this...

Yea, I get it; no paint to scratch. Still would rather not give the opportunity for service techs to mess up my truck.
