Park Assist- when you really want a “pucker up” experience…

Saw a video of someone using Park Assist in a CT and I was like “hold my beer”! So, got to Nashville BNA airport and decided to give it a try. I pulled ahead of a decently tight spot and touched the parking spot- it dinged and turned blue we were off!

First it pulled forward launching me 0.5” from a truck parked on the other side of lane. It was so fast I just knew it would hit but, Nope! Then it cruised back in so damn close (according to the camera’s) to the other cars I thought for sure we were going to scrape em’. And when we finally stopped I thought I’d have to pull forward to get my luggage out of the back. Nope again. Had 0.5” clearance to open the bed!!

It was an 11/10! But man that was scarier than watching my teens learn to park my ol’ S550 back in the day!

I've done it many times now, each time is a little less scary. But it does a good job everytime so far. It is damn amazing.

Yes. This is the video I watched. I do not know this guy. He may be a radical ICE lover. I have no idea, but this video was kind of interesting to me.
