The Cybertruck ran the update yesterday and since then it seems like my mobile charger isn’t communicating with the car or Tesla app. My app no longer shows an option to start charging after I put the mobile charger in…even though the light is blue and the brick is green…anyone else having this? Tried dual scroll reset, tried a bunch of things.

On your 18:44 screen shot how did you get 48 Amp out of the Mobile Connector?

You might have been hit with the PCS issues. Put in a ticket and have the mother ship check it out over the network.

Hurry quick, the Etherbunny is coming next week and you want it fixed by then so the Etherbunny can hop a ride!!!

Yeah I’m not sure why it’s showing that specific number. Just realized also that the female tip of the charger in the charge port (upper left—pin deadfront) rotates now. So I guess the plastic has cracked or something because I don’t think it’s supposed to move. That might be preventing the handshake but I don’t know. Supercharger still works though.

Sounds like you need to replace the charge cord/handle. Maybe it was dropped or run over. Charge handles lead a hard life. My wife broke a piece of plastic off the end of one of ours three years ago but we are still using it because it functions normally.

Possibly yeah. Scheduled for service on 8th so I think they’ll give me one since I’m still way under warranty
