May I ask when you configured? I did AWD/Grey around a month ago. Curious what my expectations are on time.

Configured mine on June 8th - apparently Knoxville has gotten several tactical grey

So .... what a day! I am blown away with this vehicle. By the time the wife and I got home it was dark so the photos below (sorry will get better ones in the light tomorrow) are pretty poor but as mentioned before the grey show lighter in photos than in real life. We are extremely happen with the looks, the vehicle, the experience ..... everything. We were told this is only the 3rd grey interior for the Austin area so not many locally but they seem to be ramping up the output of them.

I have not seen anything with a major issue. I am not a panel gap extremist and to me a truck is a tool so I am not as picky as others may be. Wife looked it over (she is more detailed oriented ) and only found a few scratches by the passenger door (minor and not very deep but definitely defined compared to the surrounding area) and I will most likely try some barkeeper's friend before considering taking it into a SC. I will be sure to keep looking it over daily (I may be obsessed with it lol) and if there are any issues I will report back.

The wife wanted me to mention she was skeptical at first but once she saw it she was smitten. She said she feels like a stunt woman/movie star while riding in it. She secretly waves (below the window line) at people gawking at the CyberTruck like they are paparazzi and loves it lol. I never thought she would enjoy it as much as she does. She wants to wrap it in the Halo warthog wrap and is not willing to compromise lol. Gotta love a woman who loves a CyberTruck . She is excited to drive it but wants to watch me (and learn the differences) for a bit before trying.

I may be starstruck and not seeing any blemishes (totally possible) but at this moment I am extremely happy. If I had to mentioned the one thing that I do not like is the fingerprints, watermarks and stains. I knew this going into the purchase so it really does not bother me that much in the grand scheme of things. My F250 King Ranch got cleaned every time it needed it (rarely happened lol) and I let the rain be its carwash most of the time. With the CyberTruck I will play a more aggressive role than in the past and I forsee enjoying giving it a bath from time to time.

I am sure someone could walk up to any vehicle I have owned and point out issues that I may be oblivious about (possible). Again to me a vehicle is a tool and not a collectors item so I look at them differently than others may. I hope this level of detail helps you understand my responses. Enjoy!
