Powershare credit Help

Does anyone have a link to finding out about my $2500 powershare credit for my foundation Series beast. It's been 7 months I still have not got it. Been to dealership twice where they researched it said they'll get back with me but never heard back anybody. Other say it will be in the wallet, other say email. Any body still waiting for there credit

When did you order, and when did you pick it up?

Check your email for "Tesla shop code"

I've seen questions about pick up before December 2024, but the store manager looked mine up and said I qualify

I went into the Tesla store from the app and selected the Powershare/Wall charger combo for $2,500. The cart asked me if I wanted to apply my $2,500 credit and I checked the box. It processed the purchase, applied the credit, and it said I owed $150 in taxes, which it took from the credit card on file for charging.
UPS said the wall charger will get here today and the Powershare will get here tomorrow.

So you ordered and picked up in March of this year? Did you get the free Supercharging offer going on then? That replaced the Powershare Hardware credit.

Yes bought and purchased in March of this year. i did get the free supercharging i thought all the foundational series came with free supercharging. I did not know it was a on and off special. Thank You for the information I appreciate your help

No, I took delivery on 30 Sep 2024. I think later deliveries after mine replaced the credit with lifetime SC.

Well, it makes sense. Now I can buy all the things I wanted to buy but have been waiting to use the credit.

If the credit is in your Tesla wallet, then you need to check the expiration date. My residual credit (only $112 now) expires this coming December though it doesn’t specify the exact day. But that’s a moot point since I’ll burn it up when supercharging going down to Central Cali next month.
