What numbers?

Instead of complaining, actually do things. How does encouraging you to act against your local utility being monopolistic need numbers?

Why should I act against my local utility? If I'm not mistaken, my rates are probably much better than yours!
And their energy consumption was pretty much spot on. Which is relatively easy for them, since they are metering it!

Old post I know, I was wondering if Tesla's Storm Watch works for the PowerShare Gateway as well?

Not that I know of. Storm Watch prioritizes charging over exporting and Powershare doesn't export. Actions it could take are ignoring scheduled charging and increasing the charge limit, both of which might be undesired by the owner.
Additionally, a Cybertruck at 31% has as much available energy over 20% as a fully Powerwall.

Thanks! I think it would be helpful and not very challenging for Tesla to include it in the app for CT owner's. That way, you could still prepare for a pending storm by adding more juice to the truck...

I didn't quite understand your last sentence.

A Cybertruck at 31% charge holds approximately 38 kWh of energy, which is still nearly three times the capacity of a fully charged Powerwall. Per google...

Sure, but the amount the truck already has is likely sufficient.
If you have the default setting where Powershare shuts off at 20% SOC, then 31% vehicle SOC gets you one PW worth of energy. At 80%, it's 5.5 PWs, 100% is an extra 1.8 PWs (as is the bottom 20% buffer).

Oh, I hear what you’re saying.

I believe the CT battery has the equivalent of nine PWs.

A fully charged Cybertruck with a 123 kWh battery is equivalent to about
9 Powerwalls. This is based on the energy capacity of the Powerwall, which is 13.5 kWh.

Just had a PowerWall 3 and 35 panels installed. Waiting for an over the air update like everyone else for PowerShare. Never realized how slick the app integration was!

I personally think powerwall 3 is a much better option. If you can swing two, even better. That’s what I did at my house when given the same choice.
as someone pointed out already, a third on Uncle Sam is an amazing deal also and over at the end of this year.
