PowerShare zip code invalid

Has anyone gotten an email stating the zip code that was entered in their PowerShare survey was invalid and to resubmit it by March 1st? Both my fiancé and I got that email for both our orders yesterday and was wondering if anyone else had issues. We previously received emails saying based on our surveys we are eligible.

Yes, I got the same thing tonight in email. It was link to a simple survey that just asked for the zip code and comment box. I had already been previously approved for the PowerShare. I just put the zip code in again.

I have never even gotten my powershare survey. I tried calling tesla and they just said to contact an installer in my area which doesn’t sound right. Is there any contact info on the powershare survey?

Same thing happened to me. Just resubmitted my same zip code.

I also got it and submitted. It mentioned March 1 as a deadline.

If they try to say my zip code doesn’t exist and lose like…one of the only real benefits of the foundation series I’m gonna be pissed…who cares about an LED flood light.

Received the same email Friday evening.

Based on all our locations, it appears north east orders received the invalid zip code email.

Do we know if your location is eligible for solar and powerwalls (via Tesla website0, Powershare should also be eligible?

I assumed it was because here in Maine, most zip codes start with 0, which causes errors in systems that treat zip as an integer. You lose the leading zero.

I submitted again. IDK if other states have leading zero zips too.

i got the email and my zipcode also have a leading 0 here in massachusetts
