PPF bubbling up after 1 year normal?

Hi it's been about a little under a year and a half for my PPF placement matte. It's been hot here in California I've noticed some bubbling and warping of my PPF. I knows it's hot and all but this does not seem right. The guy who installed my PPF isn't being all too receptive almost like this is normal but when I asked chat gpt it states it's a quality issue. I am thinking he is going to try and charge me to redo it I'm thinking I should push back I paid over $5k for the job it's happening one of the doors and in the front all over. Any thoughts from people that do this for a living?

You get some kind of warranty or guarantee?

Any reputable shop should have provided some warranty for work. I would take it and have them rewrap the affected spots.
