Lady at Whole Foods to me after hooking up to supercharger
lady - ”That truck is so ugly”
Totally on the money shaming.I personally would avoid the money shaming. Kinda implies deuchery.
Then ask them to eat a bag of ?s.
Forgive me for not caring about being a douche to a douche. ? it’s being clever to stop a hater in there tracks . Now if I just randomly told people they couldn’t afford my truck when they said “nice truck bro” then yeah total doucheryI personally would avoid the money shaming. Kinda implies deuchery.
Instead reply by telling them it's the most American made vehicle you can buy and if you think it's ugly, congratulations on using the 1st amendment. Then ask them to eat a bag of ?s.
“Dinner leftovers”“Does it run on gas or diesel?“
So many people stop and ask to see the truck when I am parked somewhere. All responses have been positive so far. The most fun are the kids 10 and under. All kids LOVE the Cybertruck. Maybe it's the kid in me, but I love it too.I was driving down the street with the windows down on a warm day. As I was driving by a man standing in his yard, who looked at my CT, I heard him yell "what the hell?" with his arms raised!
I saw a man taking a picture of my CT while I was parked. I asked him what do you think? He said, "he doesn't like it." Wondering why he took the picture then?
It looks like a fridge, opens like a microwave, and it's a iPhone on wheels. We don't have many of them in Indiana so pretty much 100% of the people are seeing it for the first time, here are a few frequent comments...
Who makes that?
Did you build it?
So it's electric?
Where are all the controls?
Can you get those wipers at Walmart?
It opens like a microwave!
I have to say it is fun meeting people and getting their thoughts. Nearly all of them like it.
