Quarter Panel Loose Enough for Service?

I have a do it yourself wrap kit I want to put on, but I noticed my rear quarter panel is slightly loose on the top, it’s not terrible, but I could pull it back with my hand versus the other side. I cannot do this. Should I have service replace this before I wrap it or is this not that big of a deal right now at least?

Can you use a light and look down from the top to see if it is delaminating from the carrier bracket? Other possibility is the bolt holding the assembly is loose.
