I don't think about it any more. I had a dad getting his kid of of their ride when the kid must of pushed/kicked the dad back. He smashed the door in to the truck and freaked out. I could see him checking the truck and making motions at the camera saying sorry. Small Spraway shot with a couple microfiber swipes and you could not see anything. It would have jacked up our X for sure.

Liberating because IDGAF about it any longer! I do still physically pay attention so as not to ding others vehicles but zero mental overhead worrying about the CT panels.

beauty of trucks with 35" tires - that one's universal! Just have to train the brain that wife's car rims arent the same!
You are right same thing on my FJ cruiser with 33” BFGs. I’ve spent a fair amount of money on dent removal on that one though.

Into the overall questionnaire I don’t really worry about debts endings on any of my cars if they get them I just get them repaired and move on. My Corvette for example doesn’t really get dings since it’s fiberglass obviously the paint can be damaged and leave a mark. Parking away from people is just a force of habit. But I don’t really go to extreme lengths in any of my vehicles. I am strategic about parking at the end of a row so that there’s only one side that someone can park on next to me and at parking garages I generally only park on the top floor most people don’t wanna go up that high they’ll take the first spot that they can get to and it’s dead simple for me to remember where I’m parked - the top.

We had a threat a few months ago where many of you expressed your fears of valet parking your cars - I have zero. But again I live in a place where high-end and supercars are very common if you know how to operate your car will be parked right up front where you can see it and everybody else can and if somebody screws around with your vehicle you have somebody to sue. In 35 years of valeting my cars all over the place I’ve never had a problem.
