Hi all,

I received my first error message this morning (see attached) and like it states, my frunk is not operating properly. Since this is my first error with the truck, are there any troubleshooting steps that I can take to resolve this on my own?

Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

The Tesla service center is about an hour away from me so I'd like to try and troubleshoot this myself is possible and contact support only if necessary.

Thanks!

I just got this message too about an 1.5hrs ago. Wonder if it has anything to do with the FSD update? Software bug? Hoping it is simple fix

I’ve had this error threes times since taking ownership. First happened on a cool day in June, then a cool, rainy day in August, and recently a cold day in September.

Service said ‘technician could not replicate’. Like duh! Because you don’t think I didn’t already try to figure out what triggers it!? Technician also apparently found nothing in the vehicle logs even with me giving exact day and time of events.

My engineer spouse thinks Tesla needs to rebalance the power going to certain circuits, particularly during colder weather when more power is drawn. There’s an imbalance that causes too much draw.

Yeah I had this error once before and it cleared the next drive. Received it again the other day and frunk was not opening correctly and was slamming shut. After a drive it was back to normal.

Have also gotten this at least once. It seems intermittent at this time. Please let us know if you ever find out more.
