I do not know when this began happening but it is very recent. I am driving along, most often on a curve, looking at the road ahead, and I get the glowing blue screen telling me to apply pressure to the wheel. I do so and nothing happens. I keep trying, with slightly more pressure, without the blue glow going away, until eventually I am applying enough pressure that FSD gets disengaged. This 'has' happened in the past, but generally on highway curves when passing semis. Now it is happening in urban environments. It is 'very' annoying. It would be 'more' ok if I weren't looking at the road, or if the blue glow would go away when I tug on the wheel, but neither? The big question is whether this is just me or more generally a problem for others as well.

I do have an upcoming windshield cleaning appointment so maybe that will change FSD behavior.

I would guess the sensor in your wheel has an issue. I don't have that issue.

Activating any button on the squircle should satisfy the "apply pressure" requirement. I usually just adjust the volume a tick.
I didn't know that. I'll try it. Thanks!

Applying a steady force doesn't work as well as giving it a gentle back/forth tug (big, slow wiggle) three times.
