This is new to me as I understood when you say report bug on a Tesla that i thought it just took a screenshot of your screen and then you had to open a ticket. Is he just trying to blow me off?

My understanding is that the reports *may* be used by the service team if they feel the need to reference a specific situation.
But you don't open a "bug report" this way, or any other way.
Sure, the reports may go into a great set of bins that engineering can see, but NO ONE looks at your report explicitly. After processing the reports with AI, AI might suggest a review of a specific situation because 43% of the fleet has reported it.

But in reality, I don't think that anyone is using them anymore.
