Like most of us, I got the "your wheel covers are ready for pick up" email, but missed the part about setting up a service appointment to pick them up. I live around 90 miles from Austin, but my daughter goes to UT and was coming home for the weekend. I asked her to stop by and pick them up for me. I clearly didn't follow the process in the email but the Ridgepoint team was great. They setup an appointment manually, verified my info, and handed them over to my daughter. They easily could have a said no, set up an appointment, and I would have understood. Its awesome they worked with me on this.
