Right non functioning camera

My Cybertruck was delivered October 9th , 2024 with a non working right camera. I have not been given an appointment to fix the issue. I was told that it was a cable from the camera that is the problem. Has anyone else had an issue likek this?

Well, some of the connections are reachable without major tools.

Have you looked up guides on loosening the side cameras for wrapping? Maybe you can find the loose connection.

You have to create the Service Appointment with a Service Request through the app.
