I'm surprised there is a blindspot. On my model 3, a car has to be fully next to be before they leave the camera field of vision. I still turn my head but just because I sometimes drive non-Tesla's and don't want to lose the habit.

Another Cybertruck owner shared this screenshot of all the missing features. It's interesting that it doesn't say anything blindspot monitoring not being available. Maybe you should double check your settings, maybe the audio alert for blindspot is turned off?

There are 3 blind spot warning systems currently active in CT, all located under Safety settings:
  1. Automatic blind spot camera - show red shade in a repeater camera feed if a car present in the blind zone
  2. Blind spot collision warning chime
  3. Blind spot warning light - activates a red light in the door corner in the square speaker grill when a car is present in the blind zine
Do you have these enabled?
yes, I confirmed the above features and all are enabled. when I drove this evening, I saw red banner in the display, but it was when I made left turn at double lane, so there was another car right next to me. I also learned that CT uses camera to measure the distance. I suspect that something is wrong with the distant measure function at higher speed, because two near collision events were at highway. is this distance measure by camera is new at Tesla? anyone having the same issue?

There isn’t really a blind spot. You just have to actually pay attention when you change lanes, look at the camera feed and not drive like a dumbass.
