Just wondering if this is happening to others?

on the driver side, the roof trim is coming loose and as I drive, the flap where the roof mounts are opens in the wind which might be causing it to lift more.

Wasn’t this a recall?

Cybertruck Sail Applique Rework
Tesla has issued a voluntary recall on model year 2024 Cybertruck vehicles to replace or rework the sail applique such that the assembly meets specifications and ensures sufficient adhesion between the applique and vehicle’s deck rail.

Thank you for the recall link; however my truck was made in Oct 2024. I also believe the sail is the stainless steel on the side of the truck? This section coming loose is the black plastic on top between the metal and the glass. I opened a service ticket for this and for another issue I was having.

yeah, the recall is for the sail trim, each side of the vault, not the roof. The roof trim is super weedy, ours has a pretty big undulation near the 48V output, no doubt because the wiring is putting pressure on the plastic. I was applying Armor to it yesterday, the amount of flex is significant, even for just a cosmetic trim piece.

Our mounting covers are extremely difficult to pop open, so I guess the 'tolerance' on yours and mine are opposite ends of the Tesla 'within spec' spectrum.
