Routine Maintenance - "Brake Cleaning & Lubrication?"

Tesla's list of recommended maintenance items is not long. One of them is:

• Clean and lubricate brake calipers every year or 12,500 miles (20,000 km) if in an area where roads are salted during winter.

I just got a quote from Tesla for this particular item in the amount of $374.40. That seems quite excessive for what I envisaged as ten minutes with a can of brake cleaner and a grease gun. Anyone have any idea what they're doing to justify that kind of charge?
