Mine still squeaks and they haven’t done anything about it.Update: I just went in for the third time to get my squeaky seat fixed. Within five minutes of arriving, they told me the seat will be replaced—but they have to order it first.
Before this visit, I even messaged them asking if a replacement seat could be in stock, given this was my third trip for the same issue. Apparently, that's not how they operate.
Now I’m looking at a fourth visit just to (hopefully) get this resolved.
Up until now, my experience with Tesla service has been solid. But needing four trips and driving hundreds of miles to fix a seat squeak is pretty disappointing.
