I wound up doing the initial survey for Powershare in January (12/21 Beast config with 5/25 delivery), Tesla confirmed that I was eligible. Post delivery Ive heard crickets but got another survey again today asking some of the same information + a couple of new things like panel size. Anyone else in the same boat, what should I expect next. Personally would love to have the Install (4k credit) + Equipment (2500) voucher vs just taking a voucher here.
I didn't get a new survey, they sent me a second voucher for an additional $1800 so now I have 2 vouchers 1 for $700 and 1 for $1800 and only able to use it 1 time, no refunds on balance and pretty freaking useless IMHO !!! Too bad I can't use it for the wall connectors my Tesla authorized installer put in and billed me for telling me Tesla would reimburse me for the h/w! HA total BS.
Too bad I can't use it for supercharging!
Wording on email.
We have recently updated our Powershare Home Backup offering. We understand you have previously received a $700 Tesla Shop voucher as part of your Cybertruck delivery. You are receiving an additional $1,800 Tesla Shop voucher to match the value of our current Powershare Home Backup offering. This voucher can be used in a single transaction to purchase items in the Tesla Shop up to the value of the voucher.1

1 Voucher can only be used for one transaction on Shop.Tesla.com. Any unused balance remaining after that transaction will be forfeited. Items purchased using this voucher cannot be returned but may be exchanged within 30 days as long as they meet the return condition requirements detailed in Tesla Shop policies. The voucher cannot be reissued, transferred or redeemed for cash and is not valid toward the purchase of Tesla gift cards or alcohol.

I got the same email, that the 2nd survey email had been sent out by mistake. I guess at a minimum I know they have my email address. :)

Classic Tesla. Sometimes I wonder how they will administrate this promised Cyber Cab/Robotaxi network.

Same boat: beast, Jan initial survey and approved, no communication before two days ago for another survey. This time I
Am putting a new 400 amp service with a new two hundred amp sub that will be connected to my Enphase solar array and hopefully the PowerShare and gateway. It is designed that the gateway and PowerShare could be next to the 400 amp service panel but it has been pretty dark from Tesla for a consult! We have two electrics so we can be pulling some amps and definitely couldn’t support a second charger before. I’m glad others got the same survey.

FWIW, the Gen 3 Tesla Wall Connectors can be grouped to limit their combined charge current.

Also, I was told PowerShare can only handle 11.5kW of solar (in a non Powerwall setup, of course).
