I don’t see the harm in at least trying. You can always edit the listing. I will say though that I don’t think you’ll necessarily make more overall vs selling separately.
My vote is to go for it and adjust as necessary.
Monterey is a very nice area, you’ll enjoy it.

One buyer is all that’s required and not marketing to ignoramus’s. For the most part CO loves Tesla and the CT. It’s one of Teslas strongest markets. This ain’t Alabama
So why did you ask if you don't want feedback?

The truck is considered personal property and any real estate buyer with savy will want their recorded purchase price as low as possible. Especially when they apply for Homestead exemption. This weekend I was in a 15 million dollar and a 7.5 million dollar estate. Both these houses had basic security and no automation. What buyers want is location, value and a feeling of home.
I am certain real estate buyers in tech centers would expect and appreciate upgrades to include the latest and greatest. Something good to do before you put your home on the market is get a brokers price opinion and have a home inspection that you pay for to find all the things buyers are going to find before closing and fix them. Do your comparable sales in the last 90 days in your area And price accordingly people are only going to pay what it appraises for unless you’re sitting on a gold mine.
In Florida people are not really up on home tech as much as you would think they are. I have my house controlled as much as possible by voice and most people think it’s silly here. I love technology and how it changes things but bottom line is to get the most for your home when you put it on the market is be prepared in advance.
what will people remember from your home after they tour it?
I bet it will be your location, your neighborhood and the vibe they get. Real estate markets are very localized in your immediate area. If technology is important then it will be a big selling point. It’s not the case in Florida. Sell the truck separately.

Thank God!
This is a bigoted viewpoint.
Tesla has just opened their first location in Alabama. There are Teslas all over the place here.
The reason there aren’t more Teslas is the Alabama Automobile Dealers Association had the legislature pass a prohibition on manufacturers selling directly to consumers. Selling direct would cut the dealers out.
For Tesla to keep up with the demand, they had to open a Service Center.
I live at the beach (in Alabama. Bet you didn’t know we had one!) and there are a bunch of CyberTrucks and innumerable cars even here. And you should see the numbers in the larger cities!
So keep your asinine opinion to yourself. You wouldn’t be welcome here anyway. 😎😎😎

I’m considering marketing my house for sale and including the Foundation Series Cyberbeast with PowerShare.

The house is fully tricked out with home automation, centralized AV, home theater, solar, and a bunch of whole house systems such as vac, etc. This would be a geeks dream home.

The contract for house with vehicle will present more paperwork but that’s about it. I’d replace the Beast with an AWD CT as I love vehicle.

Thoughts?
The link doesn't seem to work. Are you in the mountains?

I think it’s a great idea and I hope you update us within this thread. As someone else mentioned, if a buyer wants the house but not the Beast easy enough.

I thought the “this ain’t Alabama” was kinda odd as well. Spent most of my summers as a kid in Sylacauga and both my sisters currently live there. In general the anti-Tesla sentiment is a liberal thing and for everything that can be said about Alabama; liberal ain’t one of them. 😂

Yeah. I’d probably be more worried about my truck and turn on sentry mode non-stop in Boulder than Birmingham too. Just the strange way the cookie has crumbled with the Cybertruck. 🤷‍♂️

Just offer the truck as an option, not as a package deal.
Thoughts?

Maybe if you're selling to a cash buyer. But you simply cant bundle that much non-house into a mortgage, unless you are selling the house way under appraised value. Even minor bits of personal property often have to be done with a different contract. You can't get a traditional mortgage on a property where the land is worth significantly more than the house. So it's just unnecessary complication to an already complex transaction. (source: I'm a realtor)

Starting to realize that it would be unnecessarily convoluted. Better off keeping the Beast. The house buyer might see the PowerShare/Solar as a bonus, or not. They may be driving a Ford F350.

I tried to delete this thread but seems this forum doesn’t allow that any longer 🤷‍♂️

I thought it was an interesting idea and it would certainly appeal to a specific buyer (probably many of us here), but probably not the easiest way to sell a house (especially if you don't want to get rid of the truck). I don't know why some people get so worked up over other people's ideas when you are just asking for an opinion.
Good luck with the sale! Let us know when you list it. I would love a house in Colorado already setup for Powershare.
