I’m considering marketing my house for sale and including the Foundation Series Cyberbeast with PowerShare.

The house is fully tricked out with home automation, centralized AV, home theater, solar, and a bunch of whole house systems such as vac, etc. This would be a geeks dream home.

The contract for house with vehicle will present more paperwork but that’s about it. I’d replace the Beast with an AWD CT as I love vehicle.

Thoughts?

That’s going to decrease the buyer pool, by the looks of the CT hate thread a lot of hate came from CO..
One buyer is all that’s required and not marketing to ignoramus’s. For the most part CO loves Tesla and the CT. It’s one of Teslas strongest markets. This ain’t Alabama

Why try it?

It makes no sense. They would likely need 2 loans still and you need to find someone who can buy both. Plus it would just muddy the negotiations.

What benefit is there for you? You need cash quick?

This may not be much of a selling point if it's not an off-the-shelf system. My current house had automation and security installed by the previous owner. It created more work for me to tear it all out before putting in my own.

Marketing. And with PowerShare and Solar it will attract affluent buyers who would prolly pay in cash. My realtor thinks it’s brilliant and she knows the market. It will be a one-of-a-kind listing. Nope on need for cash, everything is paid for.

It just sounds like a way to make less selling the truck/house but to each their own.

Here’s my 1.5 cents: Great idea, they can always offer you less without the CT. You can play with the numbers a bit to your benefit. Taxes: assuming this is your primary residence, and I don’t know CO laws but assume similar to CA, you won’t have to pay capital gains on the property or the truck. The buyer, will also get a truck tax free, they can finance it for 30yrs, and write off the interest. Downside for them would be an increase in annual real estate taxes due to the higher sale price. However most buyers don’t think about this.
My opinion, you have nothing to lose if you’re willing to part with the truck. I’d even advertise the uniqueness of the FS. You can always include in the advertisement your willing to sell without the truck.

Your realtor just wants to list your house.

if anything park it in the garage and mention in the seller disclosure that it could be bundled in at a deal price.

I sold a house and made sure my CT was never there.

absolutely, for instance last Friday @ 9 AM there're 18 Juniper on Colorado inventory and by 5 PM only 3 left. Right now, I'm on Chill Mode looking to trade in my legacy MY-I'll be in Hurry Mode by 2nd week of September to get it done. Our life is also like FSD. :ROFLMAO:
Pike's Peak Cybertruck meet will be posted soon.

Marketing is going on the MLS at the right price. It’s the gold standard.

Unless you have some 8 figure plus exotic home that is struggling to sell, list it without the truck and maximize your dollars for the home.

Great points. The idea is the Smart home comes with a smart truck suited perfectly for the Colorado mountains. And with the increase of the Beast recently and all included FS goodies, PowerShare, lightbar, etc. it’s complete and amazing package.

The reason we’re selling is we’re looking to move to the Monterey CA area. I love the Beast but would replace it with another or just an AWD. But as others have said, why bother? The house will sell itself IMO
