So when I dropped off my SC for service I know I had at least 150 miles of range left this was Monday morning it is Wednesday and when I checked on it, it is down to 94 miles Question is—is it normal for that kind of drain to happen while in SC I don’t think they would be driving around in it all day plus I did a screen shoot last night at around 8pm and then again at around 6am at a 5% drop. ?!

Well both pictures show the doors and frunk open so if it was left open overnight then I don't think the computer or lights would turn off. That would account for the drain.

Good point but weird it would be left open over night unless it just a UI to indicate service mode. *the service is for a wind shield replacement* if that was the case they better charge the CT before I pick it up I’m like 45 miles away from the SC ?

Mine has done the same thing sitting in SC. Not sure if it's true, but I have heard that depending on what they are working on they will allow the battery discharge down to decrease fire/injury when working near high voltage. So they will leave doors/frunk open, A/C on, etc. Also the screen is on in service mode and most likely they have diagnostic equipment being used. Lots of different ways the battery can drop.

Others have said reasons for why they might leave doors open but I can say that when I took mine in for a short service job that the indicated door and frunk status was in fact the live status.

Yes, the status of app is the live stautud of the vehicle. My truck is in service now. No movement yesterday but the frunk and door opened several times today already.

Aw good to know then, I just hope I don’t have to do another service ticket if my CT has the dreaded phantom drain ?
