Finally completed today 6pm EST. Gonna have to pick up tmr as it is late. Weird enough they did it all in one day as I was stalking my app and watching the doors and trunk open! They did get it down to 2% battery before they had to do a quick charge back up to 8%! ?? let’s hope this is the last visit minus my wheel covers when they get them in. ?

Oh surprise, surprise after getting my CT back from almost a month wait and now the rearview mirror pillar that has the back up gear and hazard light is not properly attached and falls off when I pull my sunvisor. The bed of my truck is now not able to accommodate the cyber truck vault divider I bought a month ago, it fit perfectly up until now. ?
I feel like they are rushing repairs or something. This is all a continuation from my first service appointment for the windshield repair……. ?
It’s like after they fix one thing two other things gets fck up!
The next alternative SC is 115 miles away!

I have the exact same issue when replacing windshield at Rocklin, CA. Also, the camera alignment issue happened after the work. Definitely not recommend Rocklin, CA for CT service. My CT now has very bad wind noise due to their bad work.

taking my ct to service on tuesday in clermont florida for some minor issues like tonage gate leaking and panel loose. Items that were an issue when I did my pick up..
tesla's service appointment appeared to be a drop off to Q Service not a drop off for repair. For example I'm being told there is a 3 to 4 day queue at the service center before they start looking at my vehicle. This is something I didn't like about Ford and not impressed Tesla is the same system of queue of the vehicles when they're dropped off no same day repairs . I'm supposed to call the night before to see if I have a loaner at the service center and it is a 3 1/2 hour drive round-trip for me. Since it's cosmetic and minor service only I do have the option to reschedule for a shorter waiting period. ALready been waiting a month.
