Those are called scissor doors, I believe.

I believe the ones being described are butterfly doors, like in a McLaren P1. I think scissor doors, which you posted, are more practical. Falcon/Gullwing are a better variation of the butterfly doors in my opinion. Scissor doors on the cybertruck would be cool and save space without the complexity seen in a model X.

At first I though it is dumb idea because those doors always have problems over time. But then I thought, Elon's team will make them work in a cool way. I owned many trucks and the big doors are not easy in parking lots.

Roll under vault style doors w swing up windows? Or military style with just small cutouts.
Leave open like a Jeep when off-roading or you want to see that side impact coming…strong enough to stand on though
Ugly but practical, like a Velcro shoe…
