I have had my eye on all of the racks that have been announced, but so far they are all rails, and cannot be used for lumber (etc), or they are full racks (etc). I have wanted something that could work in both scenarios (a convertible rack if you will). Last night I saw the one below and it seems like a decent compromise, but would need some tweaking to make it work for the Cybertruck:

Its called an Invis-A-Rack and it folds down onto the bed rails when not in use. I could see something like this appealing to many with [at least] the following modifications:
- Use the Cybertruck mounts (but the covers need to be removed)
- The front clearly needs to be shorter (and how does that affect the foldability?)
- The cross members ideally would have t-slots
Has anyone used/seen one of these? They have been around long enough to have versions for many truck makes and models. Comments? Critiques?
