Speaker Issues? Anybody else?

Picked up my CT a couple days ago. Immediately on driving home I notice that the subs and one or two of the rear speakers are dropping out about 50% of the time.

searched the forum but didn’t see much. Anybody else have this issue?

is the only thing I can do about this is to set up an appt in the app? The soonest one is over a month away…

Any chance yours is newer than this? It didn’t fix anything for me sadly

Mine shows v12 (2024.20.1) and when I received it the back speakers were not working at all. I read on here from someone else with the issue that the software upgrade fixed theirs which also fixed mine.

great! I guess they haven’t rolled that version to me yet (?) here’s hoping that fixes it. Appreciate the info.
