I don't necessarily agree with the subsequent actions of the post, but "unless the person is a xenomorph, there’s not gonna be any lasting damage," was too good to be ignored Dalton.
Really was hilarious. Almost aspirated my hash brown.

I parked my Cybertruck on my sister’s block in Philadelphia this weekend. To be honest, I’ve been afraid to do that for the past two years, so we almost always bring our Model Y instead.

Unfortunately, one of my sister’s neighbors repeatedly spit on my truck throughout the night. Sentry Mode captured the entire incident, including multiple instances of them returning to the truck, walking back into their house afterward, and later getting into a vehicle where the license plate is clearly identifiable to me today.

At this point I’m trying to decide what to do. I’m considering filing a police report, but I’m also mindful that this is my sister’s neighbor and she has to continue living there long after I leave.
Look kids

For those of you who have experienced intentional vandalism or harassment that was clearly captured on Sentry Mode:

* Did you file a police report?
* What was the outcome?
* Did law enforcement take it seriously?
* Did you confront the person or leave it to the police?
* If you had to do it again, would you handle it differently?

I’m not looking to start a political debate or encourage retaliation. I’m genuinely looking for advice from people who have been through something similar and can share what actually happened in their cases.

Oh look, a fat liberal vandalizing someone else’s property. Shocker.
Getting off topic but………… I was wondering more of what the range hit would be having to tow her fat ass around?

LOL.

Then,
"Pardon me, spitter, I found these near your car."

Soooo many ways to retaliate. I’ve heard that elk urine can really get someone’s attention. 🤫

After watching these videos several times…………. You sure that ain't a dude? Built like a Philadelphia Eagles Defensive Lineman. You know, one of them that believe you can magically become a woman.

I have questions. Why/how? Is it stinkier and/or more persistent than other urine?
where do you even get elk urine?

Easy enough to find out by putting her in the vault and hitting the freeway.

I would file complaint with police
Give them copy of video
Let prosecuting attorney make the decision.
You guys are delusional. There ain’t gonna be a prosecuting attorney. The police are not going to respond to this “serial spitting.”

Grow up.
Man up!
Suck it up, and move on for fuck’s sakes!

Somebody spit on your twuk; it’s not a federal case! Holy shit, the police have better things to do, kids!

Hmmm?? Is that a Subaru she's getting in and out of? From personal experience this is how I handled a person who "spit" on my CyberTruck in front of my office. After watching Sentry video of him walking to the front of 007 and spitting on the frunk, I spotted him still standing on the sidewalk. I simply walked over to him and said,

"I know what you did, I watched the video my CyberTruck recorded of you spitting on it. If it happens again, I'll know and I will take that opportunity to make your life difficult."

I'm paraphrasing of course, my actual language was saltier. But, the willingness to actually confront the person *face to face* was unexpected and did the job. That's how I would handle it. I wouldn't worry about your sister's proximity. She already dislikes your sister because she has a brother who owns a Tesla.

disorderly conduct § 5503
Right-ish law, if they wanted to arrest them, they’re not going to. They would need more. It’s $25 fine for a code violation for public spitting.

Beyond that, this is wishful thinking and an egregious waste of resources for a simple nuisance from some dumbass degenerate.

OP can seek his pound of flesh per your, very unwise counsel if they so choose. But I would be embarrassed to call the police for this. It’s literally pathetic.

First concern was the best. I'd supply the sister with the videos and take the Y over there from now on. Who knows what somebody of that caliber is capable of and why stir up a hornets nest on somebody else's door step.

Lots of funny retaliation ideas but many that could be easier to legally act on...easier to claim damage from deflated tires or threats from posted warnings etc.

From a urinating elk, silly! 🤪

I had a very petty client (executive chef at a very well known international establishment) who got into a spat with a neighbor, put elk urine all over their property, stuff stinks to high heaven and is hard to get rid of. If you think somebody stinks, this is definitely one way to let everybody know how you feel.
