So I’ve scanned the QR the agreement comes up on my phone I accept it says I’m all set on my phone but my CT display still says “scan code to start “ and refuses to advance . I’ve done a hard reset with the truck. Anyone have any tricks ? Am I doing it wrong ?

It sounds like you have it right. Scan QR code, hit the button to allow Tesla to access your Spotify account and then it should just proceed past the screen on the Tesla display.

I assume you are not in a place where the cell connection is poor? Maybe try with your CT connected to Wifi if it is not currently.

Yeah I have it. I normal just use car play through my phone but decided to go ahead and log it in and I’ve done all that but it refuses to advance me on the CT screen. The phone says it’s accepted it. Yeah maybe I will try it at home on my wifi and see if that works. It’s now kind of driving me crazy ? my Amazon music is all up and running fine

So i just found an older post on reddit that I think answered this. I just took delivery yesterday and was literally running into the same issue. I'm on factory (2024.32*) rn. Supposedly you cannot pair the old app with free spotify accounts? sounded like i'd have to wait until I get my first initial big update where 2024.38* allows free spotify accounts to pair.

How it logged me out of Spotify and it was connected to my old e mail and I just had to make a complete new account.

Well I have 24.33.15. Hasn’t gave me a software update for 38. You can see the screen in the CT glitch 1 time like it wants to advance past the QR code page after I accept it on my phone but it won’t
Just tried in my M3 and same exact thing
