I noticed my tailgate skin is very loose feeling. Is that normal? I put in a service request for it and the response says for the repair… on site education… so is that for them just to tell me it’s a normal thing?

Mine and my neighbors are the same way. Both VINs in the 40k range. I’m curious to hear if everyone’s is like that.

Nothing a little facelift (or booty lift?) won’t fix.

I was going to say the same thing.

I remember a YT video where someone showed this exact issue and the cause. Think it was from an owner in NH….
Yep that's me lol

My tailgate was "oil-canning". I just picked the truck up from service yesterday. New tailgate. Metal doesn't pop in and out any longer. Service told me it's a known issue. Clearly an adhesive problem (or assembly problem if we're feeling generous). It makes me wonder, in general, about the glue they've used... ??
