Unfortunately, this. I've had a similar experience trying to return something to Tesla and get a refund. I had my CC company deal with the issue. I just could not resolve it myself.

Tesla online shop customer service is one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Just go through your credit card.
