Will I get a refund on a canceled card

Hey everyone. My fault here.

I just canceled my cybertruck order because I can't afford the awd at that price point.

After cancelation I realized the card used for the deposit was canceled about 2 years ago.

I called 888-518-3752 and I was directed to my closest dealer in Chicago.

He said tesla would contact me to see if I wanted a check mailed to me.

I probably have a snowballs chance in hell of ever seeing that money, right?

I ran into this myself. I got an email from what seems like a real person. Sounds like they want to send a check. Fingers crossed.

My contact with them was through emailing [email protected]. Try pinging them again. After about 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them for a follow up and got a response in a day or two.

I just received a refund by paper check in the mail for one of my reservations. Just shot off the email for my other canceled reservation. For some reason they wouldn't do both at the same time. Fingers still crossed. Best of luck to @exdxgxe4life.
