I got my CT in Jun 24. When I log into Tesla shop, I see my credits expire 12/25. Is that right? I thought it's supposed to be good for only 1 year? Just want to make sure it's not a glitch and I lose them.

Yeah, what he said. I swear just finding your balance is an act....I can't find my exp date so I have just been referring to my original email from August that says it expires in one year.

In tesla app, top right go to your account profile , then wallet. You should see your credits with date.

When you check out, the credits is a payment option. Clicking on it will tell you the balance and exp date

I purchased my Cybertruck late July 2024 and in November received this email from Tesla converting my PowerShare credits into store credits. You should have received that email too.

Anyway, that explains why you now have 18 months to spend that money.

Stop the bus! This is a reimbursement for monies overpaid by me/us! NOT a 12 month promo to be spent or not. This is my/our hard earned money that isn't negotiable for only a partial refund!

I guess I don’t understand where you are coming from. I say that because the $2500 I received in credits is because I already have ALL of the equipment in place & it was installed by a certified Tesla installer back in November 2023. I’m just waiting for PowersShare to be ā€˜activated’ for those of us who also have a PV system supplying charging juice to a UWC.

So since I don’t need all that stuff, Tesla is refunding me some money. Is it an equitable refund? I highly doubt it. Tesla wins both ways, but it’s better than nothing. That said, I would have gladly given up the $2500 credits to have had PowerShare available when I took delivery last year.

Take care.

Mine expires less than a year after I got the CT. Or maybe right at a year. There is nothing I need....maybe I end up with the tent? That seems wildly unnecessary but maybe I can resell it for half price.

I just realize the credit recently, one year after I got my CT, also expires in 12/25. It can be used for Supercharge, also Tesla shop.
