This makes me think there's going to be two versions, this being the bigger heavy duty one.
Good point. I don't know what I'm looking at in that pic, but it sure doesn't look like something that costs $49K!

Tesla Cybertruck Tesla Cybertruck leaked first look?! [Update: Debunked] 6FBA4278-19F7-4232-BDA8-FA01B8B434C8

Few things starting at the top, what is that?

maybe the piece In the back is the bed with a cover of some kind?

the undercarriage there makes me think it’s the rear.

I guess it would depend, once they release the dimensions we will definitely know. Just from the look it looks narrow enough the height makes me think no.

yeah I don’t see how that’s possible unless this thing Is a transformer.
I mean with a crazy low CoG it would perform pretty well, but all that bulk on the top would need to be super lightweight (aluminum/titanium/composite) but good luck keeping it below $100k let alone $50k.

Yea this looks like a rear shot to me, photographed from a very low angle and pointing up. So maybe that is a deployable spoiler at the very end of the bed at the top of the image?

I bet the back folds down, creating a fullsize bed.

Definitely one of the most hyped vehicles to date, and one of the most secretive. I'm not sure how Elon does it, but perhaps he should share his secrets with the Google Pixel team!
