Made an app for month+ old CT with laundry list of issues.
Tech affirmed me that they will do their best to take care of main issue, which is misaligned tailgate and tonneau gap, along with review of other concerns such as noisy suspension compressor, noisy drive unit/inverter, noisy AC vents and famous faint rattle coming from front end starting at 35 mph.

On first day my truck just sat on their lot, on second day service was "finished" and upon pickup first thing I see is misaligned tailgate and tonneau gap wasn't even touched and still there. SMH.
All four noise concerns - rattling air compressor, noisy motor/inverter, fluttering at 35mph+, grinding AC vents - were written off as "NORMAL". SMFH x2
Excessive brake dust build up on left rear wheel - NORMAL.
Wiper arm and wiper were replaced - after testing looks to be the same, very little amount of fluid comes out of it.
What a fckn waste of my time.

Made a second app with different service center, wait time is over a month - classic Tesla.
Wish me luck, as I have no fckn patience anymore.

I read 6 blogs. Overall opinions say service has gotten bad.
Reasons...
1. Tesla has not hired enough technicians proportional to cars sold
2. 4 levels of technicians. All under paid
3. All not trained enough
4. Refused to put on second shift
5. Not enough loaners. Especially for customers living out of town. I got screwed 160 for rental.
6. Need more mobile rangers for simple repairs
Do in need to go on???
